the pune attack - what is it?

Time and again we keep hearing of these attacks, every now and then it keeps happening across the country. each time it happens we all take a pledge that it won't happen again and stuff like that, and still it does happen. If 26/11 was not enough, now we have the pune attacks which come in the wake of increased security measures across the country and especially Maharshtra. I wonder why it happened? If the intelligence sources already knew that Pune was under the terror radar then why steps were not taken? In spite of knowing that there can be an attack, they couldn't stop it! It happened, and happened right in front of our eyes. People died, innocent people..they didn't do anything, they didn't deserve it!

After every attack we start thinking the reason behind it, and how something like this can be prevented in future. But again something happens which shakes our faith and belief. What can we do? Only if it was in our hands. only if there was a solution to all this. But there is no solution to this, there is no end. Nobody knows the real reason behind this hatred. only if someone knew what to do in times like this.

As a common man I have questions in my mind, several question pertaining to this unfortunate incident, and many others which have claimed the blood of my brothers and sisters across the country. There is an underlying pain, anguish, frustration which is very disturbing. If only it was in my hands to do something.

I can't do anything today, and I feel helpless. In my capacity i can't do anything more than just pray for the victims and their families.

I just hope things improve, just hope so...because all that i have and i'm sure of..is Hope!
